At Move Pause Restore, we know that navigating adversity is a natural part of life. That's why our team of friendly and professional mindfulness coaches are here to guide you towards living more mindfully in a way that suits your individual needs.

 

Our coaches have lived experience and understand the challenges and pressures you may face in your personal and professional life. We are all qualified to teach mindfulness, having completed the 'Trained to Teach Level 2' qualification with the Mindfulness Association UK. With their expertise and support, you'll develop the skills you need to navigate stress and challenges with greater ease and resilience.

A wellbeing programme designed to uncover your natural ability to 'be enough'

 

Through mindfulness, movement, and breathwork, we can learn how to be more authentic, restore inner balance, deepen self-understanding, develop resilience, and unlock the power of self-compassion.

We are constantly being told that we are not good enough, often by those trying to ‘help’ with the subtle message that there is something wrong with us. We are bombarded with ads for products that promise to make us more acceptable, that this next thing is 'THE THING' to makes us happy, always doing more; but never actually getting anywhere or feeling good enough. This living in constant comparison and judgement is shallow and often leads to self-doubt, criticism, anxiety, and depression.
