At Move Pause Restore we recognise your individual movement needs. Our movement classes are focussed on quality of movement over intensity and allow you to work with your body not against it. This focus creates the perfect balance of intensity and integrity, whatever your current level of fitness and background. 

 

Bringing a wealth of care and expertise our movement coaches are qualified and insured to teach and have an absolute respect for the individuals needs, even in a class setting. 

 

Our lead coach Paul brings a therapeutic understanding of the body through his experience from personal training, sports massage and biomechanics coaching. 

 

If you’re looking to restore some flexibility, balance or strength in the body and mind then our unique movement classes bring just what you need.
