When things feel stuck, pressured, or unclear — this is where we work through it. Not by adding more advice. By changing how you’re meeting it. In these sessions we: • slow things down • look directly at what’s happening • cut through the noise and overthinking • restore a clearer, more grounded way of responding This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about seeing clearly enough that better decisions become obvious. ⸻ You might come with: • a decision you’re avoiding • pressure at work or in relationships • overthinking, tension, or feeling stuck • a sense that things shouldn’t feel this hard ⸻ You’ll leave with: • more clarity • less internal friction • a better way of meeting what’s in front of you ⸻ How to book Click Request to Book and choose a time. Cancellation Policy
MASSAGE ONLY: Please do not book with less than 48hrs prior to appointment A minimum of 24 hours must be given for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 hour prior will incur a 100% charge. Exceptional circumstances may be considered. All attempts will be made to reschedule paid sessions within the same booking week.
