Cancellation Policy
MASSAGE ONLY: Please do not book with less than 48hrs prior to appointment A minimum of 24 hours must be given for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 hour prior will incur a 100% charge. Exceptional circumstances may be considered. All attempts will be made to reschedule paid sessions within the same booking week.
