Service Description
Main objective: A free service to spread the benefits of mindfulness to the community, whether you're looking to try us out or use this as your regular mindfulness practice, all are welcome. What is involved: A short talk and meditation on the topic of living mindfully, followed by an optional gentle enquiry of our shared experience. How to join: If you are joining this for the first time, please click 'Book Now' to view the schedule and to let us know you will be attending. You can use the same meeting link to join the future sessions. By clicking the dropdown arrow of the member area (in the top right corner), you can see a record of upcoming and past bookings as well as their online meeting links (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy
MASSAGE ONLY: Please do not book with less than 48hrs prior to appointment A minimum of 24 hours must be given for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations less than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 hour prior will incur a 100% charge. Exceptional circumstances may be considered. All attempts will be made to reschedule paid sessions within the same booking week.
